| Daimonics | Seattle-based The Daimonics play a driving blend of eclectic, instrumental groove music. Though the band’s roots are in jazz, other influences include blues and classic soul-jazz of the 70’s, as well as funky fusion flavors. Touchstones in the band’s sound can be heard in the music of Pat Metheny and Herbie Hancock, as well as the sophisticated pop and R&B vibes of Steely Dan and the Crusaders. The Daimonics feature original music. Their fluidly grooving sets have made them a regular presence at esteemed venues such as Vito’s and The Royal Room. |
